The 23rd Annual CFD Symposium 2022 is organized by CFD Division, Aeronautical Society of India, Bangalore, from 11 to 12 August 2022.
OPTIMAD Srl in collaboration with ESTECO S.p.A., will participate in this 2022 edition by presenting ‘Use of adjoint methods for shape optimization‘. The goal of this work was to use gradient-based optimization methods to efficiently control design variables, by using modeFRONTIER, OpenFOAM and mimic, which occur during multi-criteria aerodynamic shape optimization in the automotive industry.
Eshan Amalnerkar from ESTECO Software India Pvt Ltd will present ‘Use of adjoint methods for shape optimization‘, on 12 August at 2 PM (IST) under the Invited Talk session. This presentation has been jointly performed by ESTECO S.p.A. and Dr Konstantinos T. Gkaragkounis a member of the Numerical Methods team of OPTIMAD Srl.
